RI.WINE is a licensed Rhode Island retailer. Everything we sell is meant to be enjoyed slowly, in good company, and by adults of legal drinking age.
We only sell to adults 21 and over
The legal drinking age in Rhode Island, and everywhere in the United States, is 21. We check age when you enter this site, at checkout, at pickup, and again at the door on every delivery.
We will refuse a sale
Our staff and our drivers can decline any order, in the store or on the doorstep, if the person receiving it cannot produce valid ID, appears to be intoxicated, or is buying on behalf of someone underage.
We never leave alcohol unattended
If nobody 21 or over is there to receive a delivery and show ID, the order comes back to the shop and we will contact you to arrange another time.
Drinking well
- Eat before and while you drink.
- Pace yourself, roughly one standard drink an hour.
- Keep a glass of water alongside whatever else you are drinking.
- Never drive after drinking. Arrange a ride before the first pour.
- Talk to a doctor first if you are pregnant or taking medication.
